I was in the shop yesterday and saw a sign saying ot was 40 days til Christmas and I realised that while I love the socialising and the catching up with friends and family over the Festive season I didn't really want to put the effort into all the rest of the Christmas with stressing about food, gifts and racing around.
While all this was wandering through my mind I also suddenly thought about all the people who will try to use this time to move and set up home and realised that now would be a great time for them to call their agents and their conveyancers to make sure that the settlement is proceeding as expected because we all know that there is nothing worse than planning it all for a settlement to go through on the 24th December only to have a problem and then it would be delayed until the New Year.
